We call ourselves the "Place for Foodies." If you qualify as a foodie, you will defintely find something among our wares that will tantalize your taste buds and transport you to another level of gourmet heaven. We specialize in evoo and balsamic infusions and are pretty sure that we carry the widest selectionof each. We also carry a wide range of delicious stuff, including truffle products (truffle cream, truffle honey, truffle sauce and oil), sea salts, jams, mustards and glazes, not to mention gift items to go with our product line. 

Our olive oils are randomly tested by independent labs to make sure they meet strict evoo standards and are infused with natural flavors in a process that uses no chemicals or artificial flavorings (except for the butter and bacon infusions). Why do we love olive oil so much? Well, I could go on forever about the health benefits of evoo, but suffice it to say, it is a tasty and healthy alternative to animal fats and seed oils which have to be refined and processed to make them edible, meaning chemicals and bad stuff that goes into your body.

Extra virgin olive oil is a mono-unsaturated fat that is actually good for you. I take two tablespoons of evoo every morning for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Okay, I told you I could go on forever, and I haven't even mentioned its beneficial effect on ulcers or protection against heart disease by controlling LDL (bad) cholesterol.

Our balsamic vinegar is from Modena, Italy, aged in wooden barrels for 18 years, and like our evoo, infused with a variety of natural flavors.

Create your own recipes for drizzles of evoo and balsamic vinegar on your favorite foods, like chocolate balsamic on fresh strawberries, Persian lime evoo on salmon, or blood orange evoo and strawberry balsamic on a fresh arugula salad.
